Limited Warranty

Warrant is to the original purchase, that the products sold under the OfficeSource brand shall be free from substantial defect in original material and workmanship under normal use in standard office conditions for the period listed below.

• Seating is 5 years from date of purchase. Select models have a 15 year warranty. Please contact customer service for the specific models. All usage based on a standard 40 hour work week.
• OS laminate, which includes training tables, Encore, Borders, Elements, Multipurpose, desk, conference and bookcases, is 15 years from the date of purchase.
• Metal filing and storage is 10 years from date of purchase with the exception of flat files and lockers, which are 1 year from date of purchase.
• Panels are 5 years except for the System 2 and Tiles which are 10 years from date of purchase.
• Blow molded products and table and chair caddies are 5 years from the date of purchase.
• Accessories are 5 years from the date of purchase.

Within the above warranty period is at our option, to repair, replace or refund the purchase price paid for the product, prorated based on usage time, or any portion of the product which has a substantial defective in material or workmanship, provided that the purchaser gives us written notice of the substantial defective in material or workmanship.
