Wayneport Seating warrants its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 15 years. Limitations: Seating controls and other steel components are warranted for a period of five years. Pneumatic cylinders, casters and polymer-based components are warranted against structural failure for three years. Upholstery is warranted against unusual wear or deterioration for three years. This limited warranty is the only express warranty given, applies only to the product, and does not cover damage, breakage or loss arising from accident, misuse, excessive loading or improper maintenance, nor any other loss or consequential damage cause by any product defect. This warranty is effective only to the original retail purchaser together with the sales invoice, from purchase date, for normal commercial use (single shift, 40 hour work-week). This warranty does not apply for loads exceeding 120% of normal weight as defined by the American Medical Association. To the extent allowed by applicable law, implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness, are expressly limited as set forth above.
